Contacting the OpenNIC

If you'd like to get hold of the folks who built and maintain the OpenNIC, here's how. The Real World contacts below are all for Robin in the United States, as we haven't arranged for our members in other countries to be contacted this way. If you'd like to be the contact for your area, please contact Robin.

Please use the most appropriate means of contact listed below, since it can take a while to get an email forwarded around the planet so it should take a lot less time if it's addressed to the right place to start with. If you don't see an appropriate contact listed below, please send email to staff@opennic.glue or, if your mail server does not yet support OpenDNS, to opennic@unrated.net.

Contacting by Email

All OpenNIC domains are required to support the following email addresses, so they are available:

In addition, OpenNIC domains must provide the traditional contact addresses for all protocols which they use in communication with the network:

If you need to send something to us by post, please send it to:

Contacting by Phone

During any reasonable hours (on the Pacific coast of North America, that is), Robin can be reached at 510-338-0726.
